Course Structure, Modules & Key Features

The master’s program comprises 120 ECTS credits and is completed in four semesters. The study model combines full-time study with a flexible structure that allows concurrent employment. On-campus attendance takes place during five intensive study weekends per semester from Thursday to Monday. The curriculum is organized into four competence fields: general subject competence, specific subject competence, occupation-related action competence as well as methods and social competence. Within these areas, students gain knowledge of management and healthcare-specific contexts while learning to analyze complex situations and develop solutions for digital transformation in healthcare.

Practical and theoretical modules prepare students for professional roles in the digitalization of the healthcare system. The program concludes with the master’s thesis and the degree “Master of Science (M. Sc.)”.

Admission Requirements
